Trumpeter Swan poses layers of feathers

Seems this Trumpeter has such nice feathering, that he/she must show them off. Capturing this in low evening light just before he puts wings down all the way. I can't say if he is one of a nesting pair here in South Central coastal Alaska or resting as he flies through the area...but they are always fascinating to observe.
